At West Des Moines Water Works, we strive to keep our customers and other key constituents informed with a variety communication tools.

Our Service Line newsletter contains valuable information about various projects, water trends, concerns facing customers and water quality initiatives. We also communicate quarterly in the WDM Magazine with general articles about water facts and trends.

Our Annual Water Quality Report provides WDMWW customers with comprehensive information collected and analyzed as part of regular testing of our source water and treatment plant. 

Municipal service bills often contain notes and other pertinent information about the community. For our paperless customers, these can be viewed while logged into your account.  

When appropriate, we distribute press releases, which are also published on our web site.
