West Des Moines Water Works Board of Trustees typically meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. at 1505 Railroad Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa.  Any changes to meeting start times, dates and location will be noted in the agenda link.  The meetings are open and the public is encouraged to attend.
